I see patterns where others see problems. I walk into a business and within minutes I can tell you where the foundation is cracking - before the walls start to split. Then I get to work fixing it.
I'm direct. I move fast. I don't soften things that need to be said clearly. And I invest in every client relationship like it matters - because it does.
I am not a consultant who hands you a report and walks away. I am a strategic partner who gets inside the business, finds the structural breakdown, builds the fix, and makes sure it holds.
I have been certified in strategic mapping, trained in operations architecture, and I've spent years inside messy backends and burned-out teams translating overwhelm into order.
But the most important thing I bring to this work isn't a certification. It's that I have been exactly where you are.
THE ORIGIN
I built a business, drowned in its success, and walked away from everything I had built.
My first business was in the insurance adjusting space. I did really well. And then I burned out completely — got sick, exhausted, and eventually gave up everything I had worked for.
It wasn't laziness. It wasn't bad decisions. It was a structure problem. I had built something real on a foundation that was never designed to hold it.
In the middle of rebuilding, I became obsessed with systems, structure, and the mechanics of how businesses actually sustain themselves. I invested thousands of dollars learning both the strategy and the hands-on skills to build it right. I studied. I built. I tested. I refined.
And then I started talking to other business owners — and I kept seeing the same look. The same exhaustion. The same story wearing a different face.
The difference between them and me was that they had accepted this as their fate. I knew there had to be a better way. MaverickOps is that better way.
